Satsangs, Pilgrimages and Lectures

 During the giving of Agasthiyar Vazhipaadu, Sage Agastya directed Gajaraj Swamigal to visit several sacred places. Among them were Pothigai mountains, Thiruvannamalai, Myladuthurai, Thiruvarangam, Karumaari amman temple in Thiruverkaadu, Chennai and Kolli Malai in Tamilnadu; Hariharapura, and T Narasipura, and Tala Cauvery in Karnataka.

Many were the amazing incidents that took place during these pilgrimages. The details can be found in the book, 'Agastya's Disciple:Firsthand Chronicles of an Extraordinary Life'. Pictures below.

With Gnanananda Swamiji from Kerala who used to come and perform pujas in our home. He was the one who gave the Sri Agastya Panchakshari Maha Mantra to Gajaraj Swamigal and it was he who took him to Podugai hills

Pilgrimages to some places were taken per Sage Agastya's direction

Yogi Ramaswamy (standing next to Gajaraj Swamigal in the picture) of SPYSS, told Gajaraj Swamigal that he would know his Guru in three years before Sage Agastya spoke directly to Gajaraj Swamigal. Even though the statue of Sage Agastya had arrived at Gajaraj Swamigal's home in Coorg thirty years before, and a Ramakrishna order monk had told Gajaraj Swamigal that Sage Agastya was his guru, Gajaraj Swamigal did not really understand it until 2002.

Also in this picture are two great souls..Ramkumar who took Gajaraj Swamigal to many Siddha samadhis. One couldnt talk to him for a few minutes without feeling an intense urge to seek God. This blessed soul, passed away in his early 30s. He is standing second to the right.

The other blessed soul is Suryakumar who is standing next to Yogi Ramaswamy. An ardent devotee of Ramakrishna, Suryakumar levitated while meditating! He too passed away a few months after Gajaraj swamigal left his body.

Vedathri Maharishi was one of the many great souls who told Gajaraj Swamigal that this would be his last birth. This was even before Agasthiyar Vazhipaadu.
